Do a good job in the "first three inspection" and often self check the work quality of the workpiece. Form a good habit of self inspection, not "one v groove to the bottom", to ensure the quality of the workpiece.
During v grooving, both hands shall be kept in the safe area (i.e. outside the grooving movement area of the pressing plate and tool rest). It is forbidden to extend the hand into the pressing plate; it is not allowed to extend the head and hand into the moving area of the tool rest to observe the cutting condition; it is not allowed to measure the workpiece and remove the iron filings before the tool rest is stabilized.
If the workpiece is found to be out of alignment during v grooving, it should be stopped for correction. It is strictly forbidden to correct by hand during the operation of the machine to prevent hand injury.
In case of loose transmission parts and fasteners or other conditions during operation, stop the machine immediately, check the causes and eliminate them in time.
When troubleshooting and repairing, the power should be cut off first, and then the machine tool can be repaired after it stops running safely. It is forbidden to repair the equipment while it is in operation.
Pay attention to sharp edge and burr when loading and unloading the workpiece. The materials shall be stored in an orderly manner according to the designated location, and the safe passage shall be reserved.
When stopping the machine, the tool holder should be returned to the specified position. When off duty, first exit the control system program, and then cut off the power supply.
After each use, the surplus materials and wastes must be cleaned up. After each work, the dirt on the surface of the machine tool must be cleaned up. A small amount of lubricating oil should be added to the oil filling part for maintenance. Regular equipment maintenance should be carried out every weekend.
